Peter M. Gimbel
Since completing law school at Santa Clara University in 2010, I have been representing clients in State and Federal courts throughout Northern California. In 2011, I began representing injured workers before the Workers’ Compensation courts. Since 2011, I have appeared at thousands of hearings and litigated hundreds of cases to resolution at the San Francisco, Oakland and San Jose Workers’ Compensation courts.
After years working at a high-volume Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury law firm, my desire to take a different approach to representing injured workers inspired me to start my own firm in 2016. Leveraging technology to create efficient, streamlined processes for case management allows me to be more accessible to clients and do the work needed to advance their interests.

Andrew N. Simmons
After working for years in the transportation and logistics field I elected to change careers and moved from the Midwest to the Bay Area for law school. Following my graduation from the University of San Francisco School of Law, I began working for a mid-sized firm representing clients in the Worker’s Compensation field. I used that opportunity and first hand experiences to develop the skills to aggressively fight for the best possible results.
Growing up in a military family, I learned the importance of hard work, loyalty and duty. I have applied these lessons in my zealous representation of my clients.

Cynthia Guzman
Cynthia has been with the firm since December 2016. She is a lifelong Redwood City resident. In her free time you may find Cynthia participating in Spartan races or hiking. Since Cynthia joined the firm in 2016 she has worked tirelessly to assist our clients in all aspects of their cases from intake to case closure. Cynthia is bilingual in both English and Spanish. Cynthia believes the most rewarding aspect of her work is the ability to help those in need. Cynthia works closely with the attorneys interpreting during phone and in-person meetings. She finds this work in particular to be rewarding because she is able to assist people overcome a language barrier and receive quality legal representation.

Jorge Rodriguez
Jorge has been with the firm since June 2019. He is a lifelong San Mateo County resident. In his free time Jorge likes to travel and enjoy the outdoors with his friends and family throughout California. Jorge is bilingual in English and Spanish. Jorge believes the most rewarding aspect of his work is being able to help injured workers with medical treatment disputes. Jorge works diligently to obtain records; file treatment appeals and identify defective treatment denials. This work is necessary for successful litigation of medical treatment disputes and is integral to our efforts to get treatment approved for hundreds of injured workers.

Olga Aviles
Olga has been with the firm since August 2017. She grew up in Redwood City and East Palo Alto. In her free time you may find Olga dining out with her family and friends or at the beach when the weather is warm. Olga is bilingual in both English and Spanish. Olga believes the most rewarding aspect of her work is learning about workers’ compensation law and most of all speaking with and assisting our clients.
